CME Globex Start-up Processing
This topic contains an overview of the Globex startup process for the production environment. CME Globex Start-up is defined as the following:

24 hours a day, five days a week (24/5) | Client systems can connect to CME Globex services beginning Sunday - 10:30 a.m. CT to prepare for weekly start-up. To avoid receiving internal test data, clients must ensure all services are disconnected by Friday - 5:00 p.m. CT. |
24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) | Client systems can connect to CME Globex services beginning at Saturday - 2:00 a.m. CT to prepare for weekly start-up. |
iLink Start-up Processing
At start-up, the iLink sequence number (tag SeqNum-9726) will reset to one.
Market Data Start-up Processing
Additional information for MDP 3.0 Market Data system-up is available at MDP 3.0 - System Startup. Before initiating system start-up client systems should reset their books.
