Negative Acknowledgment with All Quotes Rejected 1 Tier - Thin Ack
The client will receive this type of acknowledgment when all quotes are rejected.

Reject Codes - Tag 300-QuoteRejectReason
If the entire iLink Mass Quote message is rejected (e.g. missing account number, market closed), then the Quote Acknowledgment message only contains Tier 1 level information and does not list the rejected quotes individually. The reject code is contained in tag 300-QuoteRejectReason and the reason is contained in tag 58-Text.
