CME Group attempts to resolve a CME Globex disaster recovery event within a four-hour time frame. Once CME Group determines that the market is ready to open, customers will be provided a 45 minute order staging period prior to the open.
CME Group customer certification environments (Certification and New Release) will not be available if a DR event occurs.
