Client Systems Support Services

In addition to Trading, Trade Reporting, Risk Management, and CME Clearing Services services, CME Group also provides the following client system support services:

Disaster Recovery - provides the guidelines for recovery procedures for client systems in the event of  a CME Globex or Clearing fail over.

Network Connectivity - describes the connectivity options available for client systems to connect to CME Group environments.

Client Application Testing and Certification - available for clients to test new system functionality and in certain cases may be required.

Identity Management - clients can manage authentication, entitlements, and profiles via services such as Federation Single Sign-On, OAuth adoption, and User Access Removal API.

EBS Operational Readiness Guide - describes client onboarding and setup for EBS services on CME Globex.
