This topic describes CME Group best efforts to facilitate CME Group system reconnections in the event of a CME Globex business continuity scenario. If a customer has a DR event, those details are not included in this description; please contact your Global Account Manager with related questions.
CME Group attempts to resolve a CME Globex disaster recovery event within a four-hour time frame. Once CME Group determines that the market is ready to open, customers will be provided a 45 minute order staging period prior to the open.
