When an order is accepted by CME Globex, that order will execute according to the parameters defined in the iLink New Order message or, if applicable, the Order Cancel/Replace Request (tag 35-MsgType=G) message. Specifically, the order type defined in tag 40-OrdType and the order qualifier behavior defined in tag 59-TimeInForce.
Orders may not be entered on CME Globex before receiving the Security Status (tag 35-Msg-Type=f) message where tag 326-SecurityTradingStatus=21 (Pre-Open). Orders submitted before the pre-open will be rejected and may be subject to disciplinary action.
